By accessing or using the website at florinasphaltpaving.com, or by engaging Frontier Florin Asphalt Paving ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Frontier Florin Asphalt Paving is a state-licensed and fully insured Asphalt Paving Contractor based in Florin, California. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, parking lot paving and maintenance, driveway paving, pothole repair, asphalt resurfacing, grading and excavation, concrete curbing and sidewalks, asphalt milling, drainage solutions, speed bump installation, and related services.
Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Florin, Sacramento, and surrounding Sacramento County communities. Availability of specific services and scheduling are subject to change based on our capacity and operating conditions.
All estimates are provided in writing and reflect conditions observed at the time of the on-site assessment. An estimate is valid for the period stated in the written quote. Pricing is subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs change materially after the estimate is issued.
Estimates are not binding contracts until a written agreement or work order is signed by both parties. Additional work beyond the scope in the original estimate will be communicated and authorized before it is performed. We do not perform work outside the agreed scope without your approval.
Asphalt mix prices are tied to petroleum markets and may fluctuate. We will notify you of any material price changes that affect your quote before work begins.
Job dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to start and complete work on the agreed date. However, weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if a schedule change is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or mobilization has begun may be subject to costs incurred. We will communicate any such costs clearly before finalizing any agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger commercial projects, progress payments may be arranged as outlined in the project agreement.
We do not require large upfront cash deposits. Be cautious of any contractor who requests full payment before work begins - this is not standard practice in the paving industry. Any deposit required will be stated clearly in your written agreement.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs, to the extent permitted by law.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty on workmanship will be stated in your written work order or agreement. Workmanship warranties cover defects in the installation or application process and do not extend to normal wear and tear, damage from traffic or heavy loads, damage caused by conditions outside our control (such as tree root intrusion, soil movement, or flooding), or failure resulting from work not performed by us.
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier of those materials. We do not extend warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer for materials and products.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH RESPECT TO MATTERS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE WRITTEN WORK ORDER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT FOR YOUR PROJECT.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier Florin Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you to the full extent described.
If a dispute arises between you and Frontier Florin Asphalt Paving related to services performed, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes can be resolved through straightforward communication.
If direct resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration service, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Arbitration shall take place in Sacramento County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs in arbitration, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
